Terms & Conditions

App Name: Sanatan Bhakti  |  Parent Studio: Zivprime  |  Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Welcome to Sanatan Bhakti, developed by Zivprime ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Sanatan Bhakti application, services, or web portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the application or services.

Where These Terms Apply

These Terms & Conditions govern all of the following, and apply in full to purchases made on any of them:

  • the Sanatan Bhakti mobile application;
  • our main website, zivprime.com; and
  • our subscription checkout at bhakti.zivprime.com.

If you purchase a subscription on bhakti.zivprime.com, your purchase is governed by these Terms together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. These pages are the single authoritative version; any copy hosted elsewhere is for convenience only.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The mobile number and payment method you use must belong to you. You are responsible for providing a correct mobile number (your premium access is linked to it), for using the service lawfully, and for keeping your payment method and contact details up to date.

2. Account Usage & Security

To access certain features of the application, including spiritual progress tracking, custom wallpapers, and subscription synchronization, you must register for an account:

  • Firebase Authentication: We utilize Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in via phone numbers or emails. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and securing access to your mobile device.
  • Account Responsibility: You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@zivprime.com if you suspect any unauthorized breach of security or usage of your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we identify a violation of these Terms, security compromises, or abusive behavior that disrupts other users' serene experience.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Sanatan Bhakti offers an optional auto-renewing premium subscription that unlocks premium features (such as ad-free playback, offline audio downloading, HD wallpapers, and high-priority customer support). By starting a subscription, you agree to the terms in this section.

A. Pricing & Introductory Offers

Premium can be purchased through two separate billing channels, each with its own introductory offer:

  • Inside the app (Google Play Billing): 3 days of introductory access for ₹4, which then automatically renews at ₹399 per month.
  • On our website (bhakti.zivprime.com, processed by Razorpay): 1 day of introductory access for ₹2, which then automatically renews at ₹399 per month.
  • All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • The price, introductory period, and renewal amount applicable to you are always displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm payment. If the figures shown at checkout differ from those listed above, the checkout screen governs your purchase.

B. Auto-Renewal & Payment Mandate

Please read before subscribing

Your subscription is auto-renewing. At the end of the introductory period it converts to a paid plan of ₹399 per month, and it renews every month thereafter until you cancel. The introductory price applies only to the introductory period; it is not the ongoing price.

Google Play purchases: renewals are charged to the payment method on your Google Play account.

Website purchases: when you subscribe you authorise a recurring e-mandate (UPI AutoPay, card, or net-banking standing instruction) through Razorpay. The mandate is registered for up to ₹399 per month even though the first debit is the introductory amount. In line with Reserve Bank of India rules for recurring payments, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each renewal charge, and you may choose to cancel before that charge is taken.

C. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is always free:

  • Google Play subscriptions: open the Google Play Store → profile menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sanatan Bhakti → Cancel subscription. You can also reach this screen from within the app.
  • Website (Razorpay) subscriptions: use the Cancel Subscription option inside the app, or email support@zivprime.com from your registered address and we will cancel the mandate for you. You may additionally revoke the mandate yourself at any time from your UPI app (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm → AutoPay or Mandates) or through your bank's net banking portal, without contacting us.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops all future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

D. Refunds

Refund eligibility, timelines, and how to raise a request are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: Google Play purchases are governed by Google Play's refund process, while website purchases made through Razorpay are handled directly by us and refunded to your original payment method.

E. Activation & Delivery

Premium is a digital service with no physical shipment. Access is activated immediately on successful payment — instantly for in-app Google Play purchases, and within a few minutes for website purchases, unlocked for the mobile number you entered at checkout. If premium has not appeared on your account within 30 minutes, contact support and we will resolve it or refund you in full.

F. Price Changes

We may revise subscription pricing. Any change to your recurring amount will be notified to you in advance, and where required we will obtain fresh authorisation from you. You may cancel before the revised price takes effect.

4. AI-Generated Original Content & Ownership

All audio tracks, wallpapers, images, and visual assets in Sanatan Bhakti are our own original works, created using generative AI (artificial intelligence) technologies for devotional and entertainment purposes. They do not reproduce any third-party copyrighted recordings or artwork, and all such assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zivprime.

Personal, Non-Commercial License Limits

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream the media content and use the wallpapers/ringtones on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial spiritual utility.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to copy, redistribute, record, republish, sell, broadcast, sub-license, decompile, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any media content, audio, or wallpapers found in the app.

5. Devotional Content — No Professional Advice

Sanatan Bhakti is provided for personal devotional, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No professional advice. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, legal, astrological, or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional or religious authority. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you have heard, read, or seen in the app.
  • No promised outcomes. We make no representation, promise, or guarantee of any spiritual, religious, karmic, emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or health outcome, benefit, healing, or result from the use of any audio, mantra, chant, wallpaper, meditation, streak, or other feature. Any benefit you experience is personal and subjective.
  • Devotional interpretation varies. Sanatan Dharma encompasses many traditions, lineages, regional practices, and interpretations. Content is presented as one devotional rendering and is not asserted to be canonical, complete, ritually prescribed, or authoritative for any particular sampradaya, community, or practice. If a rendering does not accord with your tradition, please discontinue use of that content.
  • AI-generated content. As disclosed above, our audio and visual assets are produced using generative AI. Despite our care, such content may contain errors, imperfections, or inaccuracies in pronunciation, phrasing, iconography, or depiction. We do not warrant the doctrinal, linguistic, scriptural, or ritual accuracy of any content, and we accept no liability arising from reliance on it.

6. Health, Safety & Responsible Use

⚠️ Important safety notice

You are solely responsible for using the app safely and appropriately for your own circumstances. In particular:

  • Do not use the app while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring your attention.
  • Protect your hearing. Listen at a moderate volume. Prolonged listening at high volume, particularly through headphones, may cause hearing damage.
  • Consult a doctor first if you have or suspect any medical or psychological condition — including epilepsy or photosensitivity, cardiac conditions, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, or any condition that may be affected by audio, meditation, breathwork, or visual content — before using meditation, sleep, or chanting features. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience dizziness, discomfort, distress, or any adverse reaction.
  • Supervise minors. Where a minor uses the app, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising that use.

You use the app voluntarily and assume all risk of doing so, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Service Provided "As-Is" & Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app, the websites, and all content and features are provided "as is," "as available," and "with all faults," without warranty, representation, or condition of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; defects will be corrected; the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or harmful components; any content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable; the service will be compatible with your particular device, operating system, network, or configuration; or that any offline download, cached audio, streak, or progress record will be preserved, recoverable, or free from loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you consider important.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the service, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Excluded losses. Zivprime, its proprietor, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever; nor for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, content, streaks, downloads, or devotional records; nor for any loss arising from device damage, battery consumption, data-charge usage, service interruption, or unauthorised access to your account — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
  • Aggregate cap. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms, for all claims combined, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹399, whichever is lower. Where you have paid us nothing, our aggregate liability shall be nil.
  • Independent allocation. You acknowledge that the subscription price reflects this allocation of risk, that these limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us, and that they apply even if a limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your statutory rights are preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where any exclusion or limitation in these Terms is held unenforceable, it shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in force.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zivprime and its proprietor, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person; (d) any content you submit to us, including support requests; (e) any unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or device; or (f) your provision of an incorrect, outdated, or third-party mobile number or payment method. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any such matter at your expense, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

10. Third-Party Services & Events Beyond Our Control

Third parties. The service depends on third-party providers including Google (Play Billing, Firebase, Crashlytics), Razorpay, Meta, your bank or UPI provider, your device manufacturer, your operating system vendor, and your network operator. Each acts under its own terms and privacy policy, over which we have no control. We are not liable for any act, omission, failure, outage, delay, decline, security incident, policy change, price change, or discontinuation by any such third party, including any failed, delayed, duplicated, or declined payment or mandate, any failure by a payment provider to send a pre-debit notification, or any refusal by Google Play to grant a refund.

Force majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, government or regulatory action, change in law, court order, power failure, internet or telecommunications failure, hosting or cloud-provider outage, cyber-attack, or app-store removal or suspension.

11. Changes to Service & Pricing

We may at any time and at our sole discretion modify, suspend, add to, withdraw, or discontinue any feature, content item, plan, or the service as a whole, in each case with reasonable notice where required by law. We may also revise subscription pricing in accordance with Section 3(F). We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, withdrawal, or discontinuation.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access, immediately and without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused the service, infringed our intellectual property, engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment-instrument abuse, or where required by law or by a third-party provider. Termination for breach is without refund for the affected period, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

13. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Without limitation, you must not: copy, record, screen-capture, rip, redistribute, republish, broadcast, sell, sub-license, or commercially exploit any content; decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code; circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, subscription-verification, or digital-rights measure; use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or modified or "cracked" clients; share, resell, or provide access to your premium entitlement to others; probe, scan, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure; upload malicious code; impersonate any person; use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or that denigrates any religion, community, or belief; or use payment instruments that are not lawfully yours. We may investigate suspected breaches and cooperate with law-enforcement or payment-network investigations.

14. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Escalation

Step 1 — Contact us first. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to raise the matter with us in writing at support@zivprime.com, describing the issue and the resolution you seek. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days. Most billing issues are resolved at this stage.

Step 2 — Grievance Officer. If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer, whose details appear in our Privacy Policy.

Step 3 — Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved under Steps 1 and 2, and which is not a consumer dispute as described below, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by us, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Washim, Maharashtra, India, the language shall be English, and each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise. The award shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this Section prevents a consumer from pursuing a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Section 14, the courts at Karanja Lad / Washim, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection on grounds of venue or forum non conveniens — save that a consumer may additionally approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction where they reside, as provided by law.

16. Severability, Waiver, Assignment & Entire Agreement

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it, and no single or partial exercise of any right precludes any further exercise of that or any other right.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign, novate, or transfer our rights and obligations, in whole or in part, including on a sale or restructuring of our business.
  • Survival. Sections concerning content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination of your account or these Terms.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • No third-party rights. No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
  • Language. The English version of these Terms governs. Any translation is provided for convenience only.

17. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Any modifications will be updated on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where the change is material and affects your subscription we will give reasonable advance notice. Continued use of our application following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
